I remember eating lunch at the Dutch Maid, going to the pool hall across the street from Bradford(which is now Mangia's. I also remember being suspended (yes me!!) from school for smoking in the gym bathroom. I technically hadn't even touched the cigarette before the gym teacher knocked on the door. But I had given into peer pressure and was guilty by association. After this happened, I remember Mrs. Magada (the English teacher) following me into the bathroom, thinking I was going in there to smoke. It was a good lesson! |
