Hannah Kotz Straub

I left Kenosha for college and graduated from the U of M in '82. I spent my sophomore year as an exchange student in Denmark, and after graduating I moved to NYC. Then I went back to Denmark and ended up in Spain. Eventually I came back to Kenosha and worked under the supervision of Lori Haapala (!!) at Happenings magazine... Somehow I got into printing and have been working in print sales for the last 20+ years. I met my husband at Cathy Piasecki's wedding and we've been together since 1989. I currently live in Milwaukee - still sell printing and overall life has been pretty good to me! I keep in touch with a number of our classmates and feel fortunate that we have been able to maintain friendships for over 30 years! I am hoping more people take the time to log on - I've enjoyed reading what others have been doing and am looking forward to catching up with people in August. Many thanks to Sandie (and past reunion committee members) for taking the time, and obvious effort, in putting this site and other preparations together for the reunion. I would remind people that if they don't fill in their information ... Haapala has been known to take up her pen and write your bio for you.... If you don't want to be known as a goat tender ... log on!

Beans on Ski Trips, French class party- Brenda claimed she was un petit merde once! Brenda - where are you??? Debbie Mauer ... I remember Mr. S?? (Geometry) picking up your desk and turning you around so you could talk to us more easily. Leigh Anne - did you ever learn to understand chemistry?!! Tony Griffin - still think of you when I hear Natalie Cole!
Piasecki - the starsky & hutch mobile was a beautiful car - not as cool as Mom's javelin though!! (Thanks to Mr. Kemen for salvaging that!) And Laura Pozza - do you remember being stood up for Sadie Hawkins? Lots of good times!
