Mary D. Bradford High School - Kenosha, WI
Class of 1978 |
MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Welcome to our new "Annex!” Over the course of the past 11 years, we have simply outgrown this site and many of us have already headed over to our new “Student Lounge” at Bradford High Class of ’78 on Facebook.com. We urge you to join us there, too! However, this site will continue on as our new Annex, which will house our “home room,” which is a complete attendance list of our class on our Classmate Profiles page, a list of our “truant classmates” on our Missing Classmates page, and our memorials on our In Memory page; plus it will still serve as a "reference library" containing our past history, etc., and as a way for you to connect with your former classmates. So, we now actually have two official, Bradford High Class of '78 sites! Just like the two buildings we had back in high school, right?... lol... Also, a special thank you to our classmate, Tammy Seleski Shepard, our Honorary Site Sponsor for the March, 2019-March, 2020 subscription year, for donating the full amount of $19.95 to renew this site for another year; and thanks again to Rene Douglas Lowell who was our site sponsor for our previous term. It's very much appreciated!

This website is for you and it's FREE! Simply click on Classmate Profiles at the left and if you're from our Class of '78, find your name on the list. Then, register to log in and create your own profile page where you can upload photos, and let us classmates know what you've been up... or share a school memory. As a member, you may also send and receive messages; so, be sure to Check Messages and feel free to participate in our class Message Forum. Please be sure to keep checking back for updates and new postings; and let others know about our site, too!
If you're not from our class, but are a friend to the Class of '78 and would like to join our site, please press Contact Us to send us your name, including maiden if applicable, along with your senior class year and we'll add you to the list. Guest members are listed separately at the end of the Classmate Profiles page. You can also create a website like this for your own class by clicking here. Or... see if your class already has a website by scrolling down to our Announcements below.
If you ever need hotel accommodations while you're in town, try this link for the Kenosha Area Convention & Visitors Bureau: www.kenoshacvb.com. Then click on "Places to Stay" and then "Accommodations." You'll see a listing of some of the hotels located in Kenosha, along with their contact information if you need to make reservations.
Also, while you're in town, you might want to take a "field trip" through our old stompin' grounds. Simply park your vehicle by the streetcar terminal/shelter located on the northeast corner of 54th Street and 8th Avenue, and for some small change, hop on the rail trolley that loops around every fifteen minutes or so. It tours past the former Bradford, the Dinosaur Discovery Museum, the new Kenosha Public Museum and the Civil War Museum in Harbor Park. All three of the museums are open during the week and on the weekends. It would be a fun way for you and your guest/family to see some of the recent changes in Kenosha, while learning about its history.
For more information on the streetcar, please visit: www.kenosha.org/departments/transportation
For more information on all three museums, please visit:
